Individual Telehealth therapy sessions go for 50 minutes and cost $180 during business hours on weekdays and $200 for after hours sessions (only available for current clients - contact the practice to book sessions outside business hours as these are not bookable through the website).
Payment will be processed on the day of the session.
If you are student or are struggling financially, contact us to discuss your options.
When we have an appointment booked with you, Raissa dedicates her time and energy to prepare for the session and ensure you receive a high standard of service. She requests the courtesy of a minimum of 48 business hours notice for changes to appointments.
There are also therapeutic reasons for cancellations fees, including reinforcing the commitment to attend therapy that you made to yourself.
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 business hours notice, or if you do not attend your scheduled appointment, the full fee of the session will be charged.
Cancellation fees are not rebatable by Medicare.
Mental Health Care Plan
If you have a mental health care plan and a referral from your GP, you can claim a Medicare rebate of $98.95 for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.
You may be eligible to use your private health insurance to fund your therapy sessions.
Contact your health fund provider to check your eligibility.
We do not bill third party funders including NDIS / NDIA, WorkSafe or TAC. You may be able to be reimbursed in part by your funder. Please contact your third party funder to discuss.
